NIKOLA STARTUP CALLED A SOAP BUBBLE AND DECEPTION

Just two days ago, the company entered into a contract with General Motors, under which the joint production of electric vehicles will be established. After that, Nikola shares jumped in price by one and a half times. And now the startup was called a regular soap bubble

This statement was made by the former minority shareholder of Nikola - the analytical company Hindenburg Research. She released a report in which she collected multiple facts of deception. It describes the startup as a sophisticated scam built on dozens of false claims from founder and executive chairman Trevor Milton.

Hindenburg Research accuses Milton of nepotism and false allegations. The company says Milton has appointed his brother Travis to lead the hydrogen division. The investigation revealed that his previous experience was pouring concrete and building a barn as a subcontractor.

Also, the American company often used deception in its commercials. For example, in order to make the “innovative” Nikola One truck go, it was simply towed to a hill, from which the car idled onto the road - a former employee of the company said about this. His words can be confirmed by the fact that in none of Nikola's numerous promo videos her transport never starts moving towards the camera: more often than not, it stands, and occasionally rolls along the road.
